or is it smoky quartz. Can't remember, but I do know that it is the best. I'm feeling a beach mood today. Heading to Myrtle Beach the first week of October for my annual vacation. I have to tell you that I have been wearing the pearl earrings that I picked up on the 4th of July
weekend all of the time. I just love them!!! I don’t wear many earrings that “dangle” – I tend to wear
more hoops, but those are a perfect size, and I just love the way that they look. They are nice and light
for the summer, but with the pearl they have a dressy, classic look to them, so I have been wearing them
to work with suits as much as I have worn them with more casual clothes……And I have gotten a lot of compliments on the pink and white necklace – it is another great summer piece !

I recently discovered my favorite new place to shop......Troy Montana Jewelry . 
A friend referred me to the website and  I fell in love with a pendant shown on the opening page. 
It was unique and beautiful.....a sterling silver oval disc with a gorgeous red stone mounted on it.  However, it was a little too large for me as shown. 

 

Tom Dent, the owner and designer recommended a slightly smaller sized version of the pendant with a vivid red mountain jade stone. With a patient and helpful attitude he very capably guided me in selecting the "perfect pendant". He recommended a chain with just the right length and gauge. Any other chain would not have been right. 

Tom is very good at what he does and fair in his dealing....looking out for the customer more than the sale. I trust his opinion, workmanship and artistry. He also makes shopping for jewelry....truly a pleasure. I admit it has been really fun buying  jewelry made especially for me!
It tends to make a girl feel kind of special!
        
Delivery was much quicker than expected and the finished pendant was absolutely stunning! 
It's definitely my new favorite. In addition to the pendant...I have purchased earrings which I also love. 

I recommend Troy Montana Jewelry most highly.

 I’m in love with “My Special Piece”! Oh my…it is Beautiful. I went nuts over the red stone!

Hi Troy,

I just wanted to touch base with you because, if you remember me, I had contacted you
in the summer about doing a custom design for a piece of moldavite stone, and just wanted
to thank you and acknowledge you for your efforts. We took your advice and decided to check out the
wire wrapped designs from the other jeweler you referred us to. It took several months, but ultimately
my wife decided on a simple wire wrapped design that the other jeweler had come up with. So again,
I just wanted to thank you for your advice and for coming up with some preliminary designs
of your own for our piece (which, again, were beautiful).

At some future point, we may have some other stones that we would like to have done, but in the meantime, we hope to see you and your wonderful jewelry at a show in the DC area sometime.
