Your privacy is very important. At Troy Montana Jewelry we recognize the importance of and respect your right to privacy. We will never sell, rent or give your personal information to anyone for any reason without your explicit consent. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us.

 

At Troy Montana Jewelry we monitor and track traffic on our site for statistical purposes. We will never share any statistical information with any other business. Statistical information helps us further develop our website, so we may serve your needs better and improve on your shopping experience with us.

 

Returns

My goal is your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased, the following options are available.

 

Exchange - If you would like to exchange the item you purchased for a different piece of jewelry, you must contact me via email at customerservice@TroyMontanaJewelry.com within 5 days from the date of delivery requesting an exchange. Please include the following information in your email request.

 

  • Subject Line of your email should say “Exchange Request”
  • Reason for the exchange.
  • The item name or description of the piece you would like to return.
  • The name or description of the piece you want.

Once reviewed, I will email you back an approval form with a confirmation number. This approval confirmation is good for 14 days and returns must reach me within that time frame to be accepted. Print this form and follow the instructions on the form concerning packing and shipping. Include this form with the original piece you are returning. Delivery of items returned after the approval confirmation deadline will not be accepted and returned to you.

 

Replace - If you would like to replace the item you purchased for another of the same piece of jewelry, you must contact me via email at customerservice@TroyMontanaJewelry.com within 5 days from the date of signed delivery requesting a replacement. Please include the following information in your email request.

 

  • Subject Line of your email should say “Replacement Request”
  • Reason for the replacement.
  • The item name or description of the piece you would like to have replaced.

This policy does not include incidental or consequential expenses. To return merchandise, pack in a sturdy carton and seal with strong tape. I am not responsible for returned merchandise, which is damaged due to improper packing. All returns should be packed properly in padded envelopes or padded boxes. Ship all returns, prepaid and insured. All returns require an approval confirmation form and number and must be unaltered and received within the specified time frame to be valid. Returns should be sent to:

Custom Design Orders

Cancellations

Order cancellation must be emailed to customerservice@TroyMontanaJewelry.com within 24 hours from the time of purchase and do incur the following administration and restocking fees.

 

·          10% of retail price of your purchase

 

*Order cancellation is not available once an order has been shipped.

Site Security

All online transactions from this website are handled using PayPal and are secure with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to PayPal. As a merchant using PayPal, I do not have access to any of your payment information. Everything is handle by Paypal for your security.

Time Required To Make Jewelry for Custom Orders

Because all custom orders are handcrafted by order, I have established a “Time Required to Make Jewelry” schedule, which I feel ensures ample time for me to complete your custom order, so you may estimate an accurate delivery time based on the shipping method you choose ensuring that your merchandise will be delivered to you when or before expected. In some instances, orders may be received before the expected date depending on my current workflow.


·                Jan, Mar, Jun, Jul, Aug (1-14 days) from the date of purchase
·                Feb, Apr, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec (1-21 days) from the date of purchase

 

* If for some reason there is an issue with on time delivery, I will contact you directly to inform you as such. In addition, if I am backed up with custom orders or extremely busy with shows and I feel it will take longer to complete your custom order, I will discuss this with you up front when you are placing your order. I will never promise you a completion date that I don’t think I can meet.

 

Shipping Methods

Shipping is primarily done through USPS Confirmation Delivery via First Class mail. I also ship using FedEx & UPS Next Day Air,
2 Day Air, 3 Day Select or Ground to ensure prompt deliver, if necessary. Additionally, depending on the value of the order, some packages may be insured and be shipped via FedEx & UPS and require a signature at the time of delivery due to content value. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and charged at the time of purchase.

 

Please Note: I do not allow any customers to arrange their own shipper pickups or third party pickup. All orders are shipped by me personally using the carriers listed above ONLY. In some cases orders may be picked up by the customer themselves with prior approval and proof of identification. Additionally, I may offer to even hand delivered to local or regular customers in some rare cases.

    Protection Against Fraud

    At Troy Montana Jewelry, I feel very strongly about and go to great lengths to prevent any fraudulent activity on my website. Every transaction I receive from my website is reviewed by me to ensure authenticity and to prevent against fraudulent transactions. I feel that this is not only in my best interest, but is also in the best interest of the general internet shopping population and my customers.

     

    Here are just a few steps that I take to prevent against fraudulent transactions.

     

    All transactions must have the correct matching billing cardholder name, address & zip code, which are provided by the Merchant Service I use. If this information does not match exactly, I will contact the issuing cardholder or check holder bank for verification. If verification cannot be obtained, your order will be cancelled and a notification email will be sent to you informing you as such.

     

    I do accept orders to alternate shipping addresses, but these transactions are also manually verified with the issuing bank. If verification cannot be obtained, your order will be cancelled and a notification email will be sent to you informing you as such.

    To further protect against fraud, I may insure shipping orders valued over $100.00 and require a valid signature upon delivery when using USPS, UPS & FedEx.

     

    Rest assured, if you are someone that is considering to attempt a fraudulent transaction on my website, I WILL catch it, cancel the order and then take additional steps to report the fraudulent activity to the issuing bank to prevent further use of the account.
